How to delete your account
You can delete your account and your data in two ways:
- In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Email support@pawsenseapp.com from the address on your account, requesting deletion.
After the request, your personal data, your dog's records, and your assistant conversation history are deleted within 30 days, unless we're required to retain them by law.
Important notice: PawSense is a tool to help you keep track of your dog's health and daily routine. It does not replace veterinary consultations, clinical exams, professional diagnosis, or treatment prescribed by a licensed veterinarian. In an emergency, seek veterinary care immediately.
