Frequently asked questions
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your dog's data is stored using appropriate security practices and used only to run the app. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Does it work for more than one dog?
Yes. The free plan lets you register your main dog; the subscription unlocks adding multiple dogs to the same account.
Do I need an internet connection?
Basic routine logging works even with an unstable connection. Reminders and the AI assistant need internet access to work properly.
Does the AI replace my veterinarian?
No. The assistant is informative and helps you organize questions about your dog's routine, but it doesn't replace veterinary consultations, exams, or diagnoses.
How do I delete my account?
From the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, or email support@pawsenseapp.com. Deletion is completed within 30 days.
When is it coming to iPhone?
There's no date yet for an iOS version. The initial launch is for Android, on Google Play. Leave your email at the top of the page to be notified about updates.
